The marriage of Junaid Safdar, the grandson of former Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif, is no less than a fairy tale. Pakistan Muslim League (N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz and Captain Muhammad Safdar Awan’s son Junaid married Ayesha Saif Khan in Knightsbridge, London on August 23, 2021. Ayesha is the daughter of former politician Saif-ur-Rehman, who is a close confidante of Nawaz Sharif.
Junaid’s parents could not attend the marriage as they were in Lahore. They attended the wedding through a video call. However, Nawaz Sharif and former finance minister, Ishaq Dar were present at the wedding and were sitting next to the groom signing the marriage papers. Ayesha was wearing a lehenga by Indian fashion designer Sabyasachi for the wedding. Junaid also sang Bollywood songs at the wedding.

Junaid Safdar looked ravishing in a black tuxedo, while his bride Ayesha Saif Khan looked gorgeous in a Sabyasachi lehenga. Ayesha wore a rose-pink lehenga with fine gold embroidery. The heavy dupatta had gold kiran on the border.

Ayesha completed her look with heavy ethnic jewellery. Her makeup was kept light with pink lips and soft eyes. Ayesha was also seen carrying a bundle bag along with her outfit.
